Our temporary kitchen is up and running and cooking 2,000 delicious meals every day and providing it to the most needy during this crisis…
While we are enjoying our many meals, there are families in Pakistan who do not know where their next meal will come from.
The hunger pains we feel during the very short month of Ramadan are pains these families feel every day.
This is why we at HELP have made it our mission to feed as many people as we can during Ramadan, firstly with the permission of Allah and secondly with YOUR help.
What’s in it for you?
=> Feeding the poor is one of the signs that you love Allah:
And they give (their own) food, in deep love of Allah, to the needy, the orphan and prisoner (out of sacrifice, despite their own desire and need for it),
(And say:) ‘We are feeding you only to please Allah. We do not seek any recompense from you nor (wish for) any thanks. [Surah Al- Insan Chapter 76: Verse 8-9]
=> Feeding people is a command from the Prophet (peace be upon him):
“Worship the All-Merciful and feed people…” [Bukhari]
=> You get rewarded!
“Whoever gives iftaar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.”
How much reward you want to get is up to you!
