Mr. Abdul Rauf Tabani is a well known businessman and social personality. He is presently the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus, and was previously the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Tajikistan for 15 years.
He is the Founder President of Pak Russia Business Forum and Pak Sri Lanka Business Forum, and previously filled the role of Chairman of Pakistan Russia Business Council of FPCCI and the Founder Member of Pak Romania Business Council. He is also an active member of various other clubs, forums and business associations including the FPCCI and KCCI, along with being the current President/CEO of Tabani Trading International (Pvt.) Ltd.
Among his many other other achievements and vast business experiences, Mr. Tabani was the Vice Chairman of Aero Asia, the largest Private Airline in Pakistan.

Mr. Adil Ahmed Khan is the founder member of HIWT, from the beginning he is working for HIWT, He has done bachelor of commerce from Karachi University. He looks after all the operational activities of HIWT, while he is also part of an advisory board of HIWT. He has his own business with the name of Supper Traders.

Sayyid Mansoob Hasan is the Managing Partner of MANSOOB & CO. – Cost & Management Accountants and Management Consultants. He is a senior member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and is also a Certified Lead Assessor of Quality Management Systems.
He has over 22 years of professional experience as a Practicing Cost & Management Accountant and at Senior Management Positions including Board of Directors of different Non-Banking Finance Companies. He has worked for most of the industries in Pakistan and has provided solutions to various management problems.
He is also a public speaker of international stature and a passionate trainer and likes to disseminate his knowledge and experience. He has been sharing his knowledge at various forums for quite some time.
Besides Mr. Mansoob is a social worker and has interest in Global Peace and Prosperity. He is the President of Circle of Voice Trust and Executive Director of Help International Welfare Trust.
He is also active on the professional front. He has been the Secretary and Vice-Chairman of the Karachi Branch Council of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan). Mr. Malik is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Pakistan Observer, and holds a Masters in Journalism degree from the University of Punjab. He has over 29 years of experience in the journalism industry, and has worked at the Reputable Hurmat group of newspapers, including Al akhbar, weekly Hurmat and Pakistan Observer - which he owns and manages.
He has played an active role in numerous global conferences on topics including the media and trade. His professional travel experiences include journeying to the USA, UK, Japan, Uzbekistan, Thailand, China, Turkey, Iraq, Dubai, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan and Algeria.

Barrister Mahreen Khan is a renowned broadcaster, public policy and strategic communication specialist. Ms Khan is most well known for anchoring the acclaimed BBC World TV current affairs series Question Time Pakistan and HARDtalk Pakistan. Barrister Mahreen Khan has previously worked for the Prime Minister’s Secretariat in Pakistan as Media Advisor and as a Legal Advisor at the United Nations.
Ms. Khan is a senior Strategic Communication & Public Policy Consultant for organisations including the World Bank, UNDP, UKAid and Australian Aid. Ms. Khan is also a Lead Trainer conducting media & strategic communication training for the Pakistan civil service, foreign service and police academies for almost ten years.
By professional training, Mahreen Khan is a Barrister-At- Law having read law at Cambridge University and was called to the Bar in London. Ms. Khan was awarded a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University with specialisations in Political and Economic Development; Political Advocacy & Leadership; Media and Politics.

Mr. Mohammed Rafiq Rangoonwala is a globally renowned social personality. He is currently the CEO of Mon Salwa.
In 1980, he started his career in Fast Food restaurants at KFC in Houston, and then transferred to the Caribbean region as Franchise Service Manager in 1987. In 1988 he moved to Cairo as Field Service Manager for Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and was appointed Market Director of Middle East in 1989. He stayed with PepsiCo in the Restaurant Division for over 18 years. In 1997 –1999 he joined Americana as head of its UAE Fast Food Division.
He joined Artal Restaurants International as CEO in October 1999 and he has headed KFC, Indulge, Freshens, Casa, LalQila, L’Occitane, My Super Store & Saint Cinnamon.
Mr Rangoonwala’s vast business experiences also include being General Secretary of Pakistan American Association of Greater Houston, Board Member of Islamic Education Institute of Texas, Councillor of Islamic Society of Greater Houston, Treasurer of YPO “Young President Organization”, among many other roles and responsibilities in both local and global organisations.
Mr. Rangoonwala did his BA (Hons.) from University of Karachi, and then traveled to the USA in 1979 to enrol in the Executive Development Course at Whittemore School of Business, University of New Hampshire. He has since then completed several management courses from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore, and has an MBA in marketing.

Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Bawany was Chief Executive and Managing Director of Linde Pakistan Limited – a Member of Linde AG, Germany. He served Linde Pakistan Limited for about 30 years in various leadership roles and was responsible for successfully executing several local and regional initiatives and strategies. Prior to his appointment as CEO & MD, he held a number of key positions within the company.
